Ketogenic diet reduces migraines

Want to reduce migraines while losing more weight than you ever thought possible?  It may sound too good to be true – but it’s not.  Ketosis can be achieved by way of a diet limiting carbohydrates while maintaining sufficient protein to avoid significant loss of muscle mass.  The result is putting your body into a fat burning mode you never experienced.

A team of Italian researchers at Sapienza University examined the effects of a ketogenic diet on migraines.  The researchers found a significant reduction in migraines were reported while on the diet, but once off the diet the migraines resumed.
